    *Any combination of contributions totaling $1000 and above includes two dinner reservations.
    **Any combination of contributions totaling $1800 and above includes two dinner reservations and dedication of an entire day of learning and a digital plaque to be displayed on our Donor's Board in our lobby.
    ***Any combination of contributions totaling $5000 and above entitles you to be Table Hosts which includes ten dinner reservations, a dedication of an entire day of learning and a digital plaque to be displayed on our Donor's Board in our lobby. In addition, you will receive a special gift which will be on display in the hotel lobby during the dinner.

    Full page business ads (and above) includes a free posting for one year on the Merchants Scroll located on our home page, phillykollel.org.

    To submit multiple ads under one payment, submit each ad separately by returning to the ad blank screen from the confirmation page. Proceed to the payment screen only after all ads are submitted. (After the first ad, enter a 0 for contribution amount.)
    * To pay by check, please make checks payable to the Philadelphia Community Kollel and send to 364 Montgomery Avenue, Merion Station, PA 19066. 
    ** To pay online, FIRST SUBMIT THIS FORM AND THEN follow the Online Payments link on confirmation page. Take note of your total contribution amount from above so that you may enter it on the payments page. This page is an  SSL-encrypted page, and your credit card information will be sent only to the Kollel Accounting office. You will receive a receipt by mail.
